ABOUT US

Our Apart Hotel operates in a three-story reinforced concrete building consisting of a Basement Floor, Ground Floor, First Floor, and a Roof–Terrace Floor. There are a total of 10 one-bedroom (1+1) apartment rooms: 8 rooms on the Ground and First Floors (4 on each floor) and 2 rooms on the Roof–Terrace Floor.
All apartment rooms are furnished to meet all the requirements of modern living, in accordance with the standards specified for Apart Hotels in the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
No food, beverage, or cooking services are provided to guests at the property.

Our facility is 200 m from Ayvaliburun beach and 4 km from Altınoluk center. Food-beverage, beach-cafe facilities are within walking distance on the coastline, which extends over 3 km until the center of Altınoluk.

There is public transportation  between Ayvaliburun-Altınoluk-Edremit.

We aimed for our guests to continue their lives in their own homes in their independent apartments, and we tried to establish an infrastructure accordingly.
