Our rooms

  • Our rooms are 1+1 apartment type and have spacious balconies.

  • Our 8 apartment rooms are double occupancy, while the 2 apartment rooms located on the terrace are single occupancy.

  • Double/Single bed

  • 2 sofa beds

  • Satellite Television

  • Refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, and kitchen utensils.

  • In the bathroom: washing machine, electric water heater, hair dryer.

  • There are two air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

  • Wireless internet network

  • 24-hour perimeter camera surveillance

  • 24-hour fire alarm system

  • There is ample parking available in the outdoor area for our guests.

Our Rules

  • Waste/garbage: Garbage should not be left in front of doors or in hallways. Kitchen waste should be disposed of in the municipal garbage bins located at street corners.

  • Pets: We do not allow cats, dogs, or other pets in our apartment building.

  • Shoes and Slippers: Shoes and slippers should not be left by doors or in hallways.

  • Noise Regulation: Please refrain from making noise that disturbs the peace and quiet of others. The building regulations grant the authority to take punitive action against such individuals.

  • Use of Fixtures and Fittings: The responsibility for all (movable/immovable) fixtures and fittings located within the apartment rests with the customer. In case of any damage or loss, the customer is liable to pay for the damage.

  • Number of Guests: Only guests whose registration information is provided can stay in the apartment. The guest capacity of our apartments is a maximum of 3 people, including children.

  • Towel Usage: The towels provided are for indoor use only. For hygiene reasons, please do not use them to wipe shoes, kitchen surfaces, floors, or throw them on the floor. Beach towels are not provided to guests at our facility.

  • Security: The apartment entrance is monitored 24/7 by security cameras. A smoke detector will trigger an alarm if smoking is detected inside the apartment.

  • Smoking: Smoking is only permitted on balconies within the apartment building; smoking inside the apartments is strictly prohibited. All apartments are equipped with a central gas and smoke detector system; legal penalties will be applied to those who violate these regulations.

  • Electricity Usage: Our apartment switches are connected to the electrical control board. The board should not be removed from the switch.
